About these terms
1. When you complete your Booking, you agree to these Terms and any other terms provided during the booking process.
2. If any element of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable: it will still be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law you will still be bound by all other elements in the Terms.
About GoToMare
1. When you book a place on the beach, GoToMare provides and is responsible for the Platform, but not for the Travel Experience itself.
Our platform
1. We use caution in providing our Platform, but we cannot guarantee that all content is accurate (we get information from Service Providers). To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held responsible for errors, interruptions or missing parts of information, although we will endeavor to correct them as soon as possible.
2. Our Platform does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of any products, services, etc. of the Service Provider.
3. We are excluded from the terms between you and the Service Provider. The Service Provider is solely responsible for the Travel Experience.
4. To make a Booking, you may need to create an Account. Check that all information concerning you (including contact and payment details) is correct and up to date. Otherwise, you may not have access to the Travel Experience. You are responsible for all operations performed with your Account, so do not let others use it and keep your username and password secret.
5. We'll show you the offers available to you, in the language we think is best for you. You can change the language whenever you want.
6. Unless otherwise stated, you must be at least 16 years of age to use the Platform.

Prices
1. When you make a Booking, you agree to pay the cost of the Travel Experience, including any applicable fees and taxes.
2. Some prices you see may have been rounded to the nearest whole number. The price you pay will be based on the original "unrounded" price (although the actual difference will be minimal).
3. Obvious errors and typos are not binding. For example: if you book a beach offered by mistake for 1 euro, we can simply cancel this reservation and refund any amount already paid.
Payment
1. For some products or services, the Service Provider requires an advance payment and/or payment during the Travel Experience.
If the payment is arranged by us, we (or, in some cases, our affiliated company in the country from which the payment originated) will be responsible for handling the payment and completing the transaction with our Service Provider. In this case, the payment constitutes the final agreement on the price “due and payable”.
If charged by the Service Provider, this is usually done in person at the beginning of the Travel Experience, but it may happen (for example) that your credit card is charged at the time of booking or of check-out from the Structure. This depends on the prepayment conditions adopted by the Service Provider, communicated during the booking procedure.
2. If the Service Provider requires a prepayment, this may be received or pre-authorised at the time of booking and may be non-refundable. For this reason, before booking, check the prepayment conditions of the Service Provider (available during the booking process), which we cannot influence and for which we are not responsible.
3. If you know or suspect unauthorized use of your Payment Method, please contact your payment system provider, who may cover any resulting charges, possibly withholding a deductible.
4. If the currency selected on the Platform does not match that of the Service Provider, we may:

offer you the Pay in your own currency option.
The Currency Exchange Rate will be displayed during checkout, in the booking details of your Account or (if you do not have an Account) in the email we will send you. If we charge you extra costs related to these services, the extra costs will be expressed as a percentage of the European Central Bank rates. Your credit card issuer may charge a foreign currency transaction fee.
Conditions
1. When you make a Booking, you accept the applicable conditions, displayed during the booking process. You will find the cancellation conditions of each Service Provider and any other conditions (related to age requirements, security or damage deposits, supplements for group bookings, extra beds, breakfast, pets, cards accepted, etc. ) on our Platform, on the information pages of the Service Providers, during the booking process, in the wording and/or in the confirmation email or ticket (as applicable).
2. In case of cancellation or no-show, the extra cost of the cancellation/no-show and any refund will depend on the respective conditions of the Service Provider.
3. Some reservations cannot be canceled free of charge, while others can only be canceled free of charge before a deadline.
4. If you book a Travel Experience by paying in advance (including all price components and/or a security deposit, where applicable), the Service Provider may cancel the reservation without notice if it is unable to collect the balance upon specified date. In this case, any non-refundable payments you have made will only be refunded at its discretion. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment is made on time (that your bank, debit or credit card details are correct and that there are sufficient funds in your account).
5. If you fear you won't arrive on time, contact the Service Provider and let them know when you expect to arrive, so that your booking is not cancelled. In case of delay, we will not be responsible for the consequences (for example of cancellation of the reservation or any extra costs that the Service Provider may charge).
6. As the person making the Booking, you are responsible for the actions and behavior (in relation to the Travel Experience) of all party members. You are also responsible for obtaining their consent before providing us with their personal data.
